the Client wished to have a private gym for friends and family in such an iconic location. The vision was to have a loft style gym, built with raw materials as concrete, steel or wood. It is consisting of the work out area (called gym studio), one lap pool, games area, paddle tennis, masage rooms, barber room, spa jacuzzi, turkish bath, sauna, steam, 2 majiis, dining, privates suites and a marrocan garden.
